There are two ways:

1. If they are both recent posts, you can just scroll down from where you are typing your post, and click quote on the top right corner. You can do this for multiple.

2. Say it was from a different thread, you could copy and paste the post, and then type it yourself. Like this:
Put a quote box:
Paste the post in here:
HERE[ /quote]
Put the name like this: [ quote="HERE"]
, with quotation marks and a equal sign.

Does that help?

8-)
ringswraith wrote:The easiest way to do that is to go to the first post, hit quote, then copy the entire text.

Then go back, head to the second post, hit quote, and then paste what you copied earlier into it.
Just practicing -- cool it works!!

I'm glad I could help.
I think ringswraith explained it more efficient, sorry for my long post!

What happens if you put someone on your friend/foe list?

Friends and Foes

The Friends area of the User Control Panel allows you to easily communicate with your friends. A link to their profile will be provided so you can easily check if they are online, PM them, etc.

The Foes sections handle all the people you really detest. Using me as an example (though why people would not like me is beyond me--by the way, Aro pwns Edward. Always.), you were insulted by my (mostly)tongue-in-cheek ) style of posting and you don't want to see anymore of my posts. Just add me to the Foes list and all my posts will be hidden. You can click on them to reveal them, but, by default you won't be seeing much of me.

its from Alcyone.

It's mostly useful for PMing, so you don't have to type in the name.

Is there a way to change the default text color for a post? I notice people have different colors but when I looked under the control panel I didn't see any options. Is it something I would have to do manually each time I post? Thanks.

As far as I know, there isn't a way to set your default color.

I change mine every post I make.
