I think the song Hero/Heroine is the perfect song for Edward look up the lyrics and you will see what I mean

aaahh I agree, this song would be absolutely perfect for the movie!

^^^ I think those are some good lyrics for the movie, but there are PLENTY of songs with the same basic meaning.

I think more cryptic songs fit this movie. Also, Twilight has the duty of playing lesser known songs. Alexandra Patsavas has shown to have a taste for non-mainstream music (for those who watch Grey's Anatomy, The OC, Gossip Girls [which I am guilty of all]).

Joshua Radin What if You .. I cannot listen to this song without thinking of Edward. It would be perfect in the movie if they included the first night Edward goes to watch Bella sleep. Ah I'd lose it. I'd be bawling right there at the beginning lol

I SO AGREE! Radin has the most amazing voice!

AND-I know it is off topic but I LOVE that Ellen had him perform at her and Portia's wedding! : )


I would also like to hear some Linkin Park since Ms. Meyer said that Bella was listening to them the night she fell asleep with her headphones on.

oh my gosh--i just listened to the what if you song by joshua radin and i love it! i've never heard it before but oh my goodness....what a wonderful song. it fits perfectly with edward. in fact, i'm sure he would WANT bella to tell him to leave, especially during the beginning stages of their relationship. sigh.

this might be my new favorite song....maybe.

also! i think the song clumsy by our lady peace would fit for new moon, when jacob is watching bella go through everything. i don't feel like looking up the lyrics, so just take my word for it and go listen to it:

I love anything by muse...but especially hysteria. I don't know where they could work it in other than one of the make out scenes...but, it would be freakin awesome. Falling Away w/ you and Time is running out are also 2 of my fav's.
I think that Cold Play~ The Scientist, Blue October~Sound of Pulling Heaven Down and Jacks Mannequin~Dark Blue will also be great choices for the soundtrack. All Songs from SM's Playlists for the series of course!
I think some NIN should be worked in as well...

I really like Monsters by Matchbook Romance that SM has on her playlist for Midnight Sun.
That song is great for the Bella/Edward meeting in the lunchroom.
