Re: SLTA-Salt Lake City Twilighters Anonymous
Meow_mix, all the members of the SLTA are still part of the SLTA. All of us just don't post on the boards anymore because of time constraints. We don't "chat" via the computer much anymore either.

Re: Shelfari and Good Reads
Lady Violet , I understand how you feel about the covers being different. I'm very picky too, but I've learned to deal with it on most books. The Twilight Saga and Harry Potter were the main ones I wanted to have the right covers for. Have you checked the extra covers out? They have tons and tons o...

Re: Shelfari and Good Reads
So, I didn't read 50, but I did read 28 books. 28 is the most I've ever read in one year. Last year I read 22. Before that, the most I had ever read in a year is 6. However, I usually read maybe 1 or 2 books a year, if that. So, this is a huge deal for me. January-08 1 The Horse and His Boy by CS Le...

Una, that was great! With the writing as it was, it puts into perspective how much Stephenie really did adore Jane Austen. I mean, I know she didn't take it from Austen and I know this wasn't Stephenie's or Austen's writing. It's just that they fit so well together.

Do people really still do the electric slide?! Yes, some actually do! Then, there's some of us that try and fail miserably! ;) I can only imagine what I look like in Nima's pictures. QOTD: Name one thing on your Bucket List. I feel kind of stupid asking this, but when you say, Bucket ...

Re: Gex X--the 30 something thread
Disclaimer: I'm not sure if Nima or Nena already posted about this. I'm bad at rereading the posts when I've missed tons of pages.   A group of friends and I went to the " Twilight Prom" on Thursday night. That group consisted of a few women that don't post regularly and...

It was lots of fun to meet Nima in person. She's just as much fun in person as she is on the gutter! Nima , I didn't know you were going two places during your fun adventure. How fun to meet Alice's Grandma and Bac too! I honestly haven't had a chance to look at many of the posts since the last time...

Re: Gutter Gals & Guys -- Rainbow Popsicles. The Discussion.
QOTD: If you could live in a home on any television series, what would it be? I would either live in the Charmed house or Monk's apartment. They're both in San Fran, which is somewhere I've always wanted to live and I love the Victorian-ness of the Charmed house and I love Monk's minimalistic decor...

Re: Gutter Gals & Guys -- Rainbow Popsicles. The Discussion.
I've missed a lot in the last day and a half. Work was crazy on Friday, so I wasn't able to jump on at all and I've been de-junking and packing all day. Lots o' fun! ;) First, Nima , Una , and GNE , thanks for the advice on the books. I appreciate your information. Thank you for the advice on the ot...
