I love the Volturi. And their eyes is partially because of their long lives, but also due to the fact that they don't move around as much.

Sulpicia's page in the Character Bios says:

Special Talents: She is talented, but her gift is currently unknown.

Where is this information coming from? The Vampire Index states she doesn't have a power.

This is my version of Volturi history. First two chapters are out and the third is in production. It's pretty accurate and merely my interpretation of how things might of happened with the Volturi. Enjoy.
