How do I make my banner a clickable link?

Let's say my banner link was http://i8.tinypic.com/4xpzrx1.jpg. Now, like normal banner procedure, put your link in between the tags [img] and [/img]. For example:
[img]http://i8.tinypic.com/4xpzrx1.jpg[/img]
Let's say I want my banner to link to Google. The URL for Google is http://www.google.com. Now, like normal hyperlink procedure, you put the link text in between the tags [url] and [/url]. For example:
[url=http://www.google.com]link text[/url]
In order to make your image be a link, just replace the link text with the image coding, like this:
[url=http://www.google.com][img]http://i8.tinypic.com/4xpzrx1.jpg[/img][/url]
